Shipping policy
After purchasing please allow up to 21 business days for shipment of your product. We ship domestically and Internationally. Once purchased you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number shortly after the shipping label is created. Domestic orders are usually received within 7-10 business days.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once your order ships.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, responsibility transfers to the customer. Fusion NFC is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are reported as missing.
USPS may occasionally scan packages as delivered before they physically arrive. We recommend allowing 24–48 hours after delivery confirmation before reporting an issue.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows:
- In Transit / Delayed: We will assist by contacting USPS.
- Lost in Transit (never delivered): We will replace or refund the order at no cost to you.
- Delivered: Customers must contact their local post office to investigate possible misdelivery.
Fusion NFC is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Packages delivered to neighbors or shared mail locations
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are issued only if:
- USPS confirms the package was lost in transit
- The order was returned to sender due to carrier error
All claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
